on flights up to 3 hours....yes
any longer...... personal IFE is needed by passengers like a fish needs water and i personally am confortable in economy away ( and im 6'3 ) plus i dont sleep on the plane in order to be befitted by such a deal.
P.S. sitting near the toilets on moden aircraft does not subject the near by passengers to a bathroom bouquet. good ventilation within toilet space makes that highly unlikely.......
