Had a similar experience earlier in the year: EDI-LHR-ORD return booked WT+ and MFU'ed to Club. MMB displayed this single itinerary as one generating a total of 160 TP's. Thought it was a bug at the time but the WT+ sectors posted as U and with 60 TP's each.
The TP shortfall and cabin bonuses were added retroactively after I flagged this up with BAEC.
