Delta definitely does not offer anymore AirFrance first class award tickets since the beginning of 2006. You also quoted Alitalia and unfortunately they do not even have a first class cabin.

You might want to try redeeming miles for a Continental BusinessFirst ticket or for a connecting flight on Singapore First Class (Singapore offer - unless I am mistaken - a First Class service from New York to Frankfurt).
