This is exactly what happened to my bookings too ! I knew right from the beginning through the MMB information that it had gone wrong again !
Instead of showing 20+75+75+20 (=190), MMB just showed 150 as a total.

And of course the shorthaul flights did not post at all. I sent a fax to BAEC in Germany and they fixed it within 2 days....
