Well, you caught me. In truth I don't believe in any of this security. I think we should assume that there aren't any terrorists out there. I believe that the 3-letter agencies who deal with the netherworld should be left to do their job with all our support.

If you want to carry a gun to a restaurant or an airplane there really isn't any difference except you can kill a few more people on the airplane. At least the cockpit door is secure now which is a good thing and should have been done long ago.

So I say remove the wands, WTMD and x-ray and just let us fly.
