I am confused because the Delta site continues to advertise SkyTeam First Class Awards (Award Code T331):

From U.S. Excluding Hawaii to Europe


Mileage Required: 100,000
Cabin: First Class
Carrier: Multi-Airline (including Delta)
Code: T331
Details/Restrictions

Is this only valid with Air France? That is, would I be able to obtain First Class award with another SkyTeam partner (e.g., Alitalia, et. al.)?

If true, why did they drop their L'Espace Première Awards?
