I stayed at the Jolly Midas in Rome a couple years ago on school trip for my son. It was reasonably comfortable, but not particularly fancy. Looks like room rates are around 155-Euro and up. It's pretty much outside of the main drag, but there's a supermarket and a couple of restaurants within a short walking distance.
