Send an e-mail to
[email protected] requesting a status match. They will then ask you for statements to prove your status and stays which you can fax over. Within a few hours they confirmed my Gold status and the Platinum challenge.
As soon as I reached the 18 nights, I e-mailed again to have my status changed.
