Depends. If it is a single ticket then you should be protected, but note this may mean a day or 2 stay in ICN due to the infrequent schedule (and depending on loads on alternatives eg YVR). If it is separate ticket then you are technically a no show and in theory on your own. In practice unless you had a restricted ticket (and maybe not even then) the airline will try to sort something out.
