No longer an AS fan

I think AS has gone downhill, and fast, over the past few years.

I fly LAX-YVR and LAX-SEA fairly often. One specific flight I've taken over the years has gone from FC dinner with filet mignon to a hamburger to nothing and on my latest flight all we got was a cookie. My latest FC "breakfast" consisted of a muffin with 3 chunks of fruit. The way AS handled boarding used to be consistently good, now it's a madhouse.

AS recently outsourced it's gound staff in SEA & LAX and it's been a disaster as the new company has damaged aircraft causing delays and frustrations.

That said, I still appreciate NW's partnership with AS for EQM credit and, every so often I get lucky and get to use the upgrade certs as mentioned.

Agents & FA's are still professional and friendly, but don't seem to go out of their way to help anymore.

I miss the old Alaska Air!
