When trying to make a reservation on one ticket it only gives you the 8.00 am departure on SQ to connect to the OZ flight to SEA.
From that I assume that by taking SQ 16 you will not be within the legal connection times.
I agree with what Kiwi Flyer said.
SQ's regional Raffles seats are very comfortable.
