Boy, now there's a comment on the state of affairs at AA. First class seats are AA's bread-and-butter, and they are flying an airplane with TWO broken FC seats! Since is seems unlikely that two seats would "break" in a single day, they must have been flying around with those broken seats for a while.

It feels like I frequently ask the FA to tell the engineer that the sound system or the light is broken at my seat. I guess I have been blowing wind, since they don't even fix their first class seats, much less trivial things like lights.
