As a family doc, I have my visits with patients interrupted by their cell phone ringing all the time. Usually it happens during some rather mundane part of the exam but every now and again the darned things go off during some of the more sensitive portions of the physical exam. Fortunately my patients are usally more embarrassed than I am and we end up having a laugh over it. Best/worst? I'll leave the details to your imagination but suffice to say that a compromising position, a finger full of lube and "Baby Got Back" blaring in the background is not exactly the situation I trained for!
