The answer is - you can't.

The only way to know is to try to register again for a specific bonus code - if it tells you that you are already registered, then you are already registered, if you can register then it means they have removed it since you first registered.
Ok, sorry. Maybe then this is highlights the need for an FAQ sticky. Very useful on other FT pages.
