This question has been asked, and answered, quite a few times in the Current Promos sticky (and elsewhere).

The answer is - you can't.

The only way to know is to try to register again for a specific bonus code - if it tells you that you are already registered, then you are already registered, if you can register then it means they have removed it since you first registered.
