Slightly OT - With my new Samsung X20 (very likely much better than a Mac, flysurfer! ), I haven't had too much luck with LH power outlets in the new C. On one flight, the power outlet would only charge my battery (i.e., it would shut down when I would try to power up the PC); on another flight, I could not even get it to charge the battery. Had a discussion with the purser who confirmed that this was a known problem w.r.t. a small number of PC manufacturers (I seem to recall Dell), but not Samsung.

Well, my approach to flying is that I want to get pampered as opposed to being forced to work (or having to feel bad if I don't), so the whole power outlet/flynet/cellphone telephony development is something I don't particularly welcome anyway .
