Trying to pin down the miles I will earn on a BA flight but QF codeshare ticket.
The only difference in the mileage if it was QF metal seems to be that First earns 100% bonus on BA but 50% on Qantas.
However if I am flying on BA metal but with a QF code do I still get 100% bonus flying upfront or do I lose out and get just 50%?

50%. It's as if you were travelling on QF, not BA.
Same thing if you travel on BA with an AY code in J, you only get 25% bonus, not 50%.
Also, you lose out on the status bonus 25% Silver / 50% Gold.
