Unhappy car service won't come into lounge
The car service I have arranged for will not come into the Revivals lounge to get us. We have to meet them at the "information desk". Having never been to Heathow, I'm not sure where it is in relation to Revivals. I pulled up a map of Heathrow that shows "information" but I cannot find a map that shows the location of Revivals. How far is Revivals form this "information desk"? We told them to meet us 2 hours after the plane lands. Will that be enough time to get our luggage, go through customs, shower, have breakfast and go to the information desk? Or should I tell them to come a bit later? Since we are UC we should be the first off. How busy is Heathrow at 7:45 am?
