I have an urgent need for an individual in the Cincinnati area who can handle an Exchange 5.5 to 2003 upgrade for about 5100 mailboxes in a distributed environment. The ideal candidate should have experience performing this type of work in an environment of 1000 or more mailboxes. Experience with Microsoft Clustering is preferable. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare GSX or Microsoft Virtual Server) is a plus. MCSE is a plus. The candidate will report to me as the senior technical resource on the project.

This is a 10-12 week project kicking off in the next few weeks with potential for contract to hire.
