SMT isn't the only a/c to do SQ64/67.
infoworks and I flew that recently on a different a/c, and overall I'd say less than half the time I have had SMT on those flights (but I might just be lucky).
Of course you're right in saying even SMT has skysuites, it is the lack of spacebed that is the key(!) attribute of SMT for FTers.
