I don't understand why you have to bash Delta, they have nothing to do with this thread.
yes, Delta is adding IFE on all flights over 1,750 miles - that's becasue the Song concept, any way you look at it and try to twist it around, simply FAILED. Excellent? Well, that's just an opinion so I won't comment there. But the point is: Delta never, in its 70 year history (well, really more recently in the past 2 decades) cared enough to offer its customers (or passengers, as they like to call them) IFE...so they went and copied jetBlue.

I'm not "bashing" Delta - and this is the JetBlue board. I'm simply stating my opinion. What I don't understand is why Delta never appreciated my business - the only business they show appreciation for is their elite travelers, which is understandable, but it wouldn't kill them to not take advantage of the "Average Joe." Why do you think Delta's load factors on competing JetBlue and AirTran routes are so low??? You're right...Delta has nothing to do with this thread, but I used them as an example. Delta, IN MY OPINION, sets the bar for inferior customer experience and service. Ttruthfully, I think MANY people agree with me there.
