I wrote an e-mail to the GM, Tracy Mercer, with my comments and observations and I just received a very nice and detailed e-mail from him. I truly get the feeling that the GM, and the company, really do take to heart guest comments.

I want to try the M-O Tokyo next time but it will be hard to go there over the FS Marunouchi!!
