I often wondered why they don't use airstairs or a second jetway to: 1. board the cleaners and caterers from the rear of the aircraft while passengers disembark from the front, and 2. board the aircraft from both ends. Yeah, some coach passengers would have to hike down stairs and up stairs at most airports, but still...
