I don't see any way to get on the band wagon. Perhaps if the marketing department keeps hearing complaints, that might help. I have found that irritations are cumulative and I know I have gotten ticked off more than once about the activities of the marketing department. As best as I can figure out, they seem to assume the loyalty of existing customers and try to build up others. That's fine. However, when I have found out that a co-worker has an easier way to build miles than do I, I am really annoyed. I spend more money than the person receiving the "favors."

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to win CO's loyalty to you; however, if they tick off enough people, there's very little that CO can do to win back the loyalty of departing customers.
