KLM directs me to NWA to book flights and AF is another option (assuming they have availability and will let me fly over the atlantic) with CDG as a stopover to BKK.
I looked on www.skyteam.com. There are a few options from NYC (either EWR or JFK) to BKK. I think you've already mentioned that you're doing to have to wait a few weeks for 6/07 flights to be published. I think if you start off creating options on SkyTeam, you could then give these to CO to see if they could be ticketed.
