The LMO offers this service whether or not you pre-arrange an airport transfer: they are quite happy to escort you to the train as well, and I presume that this also applies for the FS.
The service is carried out by a third party firm to whom the work is subcontracted. I did a quick search on the internet, and came up with Worldwide Flight Services. See
