I tried this but both eFax and my own fax machine couldn't connect. It woulds like it's a "voice mail plus fax" on the other end, and I couldn't get sync'd up. Anyone else having this problem?

UPDATE: worked fine today, and they bumped me to Platinum. Woo-hoo!
