The tour operator selects the carrier and sometimes changes it on you more than once. If it is on an airline where you are registered as a frequent flyer the answer is MAYBE. Not too helpful I know. I did a cruise a few years ago and used arranged air (Delta) and got points, but some airlines do not give points on bulk ticket purchases so if that is how your tour company buys, maybe not. Best check with your tour operator and airline.
