Oh, when I stayed I had cold towels and chilled water in the car both ways from and back to the airport. It was an old Mercedes S Class which had run about 188000km.
Check-in wasn't great, upgrade not given despite Amex Centurion rate and booking. But got free airport transfers and massage, which was nice.
