It's definitely the same plane that will do the whole run.

Like it or not, CO is really incredible in not cancelling any Europe and Asian flights. They may run it 10 or 20 hours late, you may be diverted, you may get to your destination 3am, but the fligths will operate. It's pretty amazing.
