How I love the middle seat, let me count the ways.

Y is considered "Full". B is considered "Almost Full". There are some B's that I've heard discussed recently that will book into FC if there is seating available. If you want to post the flight, we can check and see what the flight is looking like.

I don't think I'd use a travel agent that booked me into a middle seat! I assume this is a work mandated travel agent, and I can think of very few instances where I'd use a travel agent today. (But, I've attended FlyerTalk University, so I'm a bit out of the norm.)
