There's another thread about this that was started a few days ago I believe.

Yes, it annoys me to death if it's at an airport where

1) either people can pick it up and walk away with it

or

2) they move it away and don't tell you and you sit there waiting, waiting, and waiting, and when you go to file the claim they look at you and go "No, wait, that bag came in hours ago, here you go"
