My reply note to the hotel has been returned.. FS Cairo has now apologized for the slow response and lack of attention to detail regarding my booking.. The meet and greet service and limo service including return is now complimentary! nice gesture FS. ^
Still havent heard about the service charges, but will post once I hear something.
