My family of four flew on short weekend trip to MCO from JFk via CVG.

Hit ice storm in CVG and spend 2+hrs de-icing. (they should take all the time they need doing this!)

2 weeks later Delta sent us all a note of apology for the delay with $100 voucher for each of us! (the flight only cost $140 rt)

We are not any status with Delta.

Go figure.
