At Langkawi you will get a MASSIVE (2,200 square foot) beach bungalow for 2 nights for $2,800 ish inc tax. Alternatively, you'd get 4 nights in a standard pavilion (still about 700 square foot). All feedback on this resort is exceptional. You can get flights from KUL or SIN to Langkawi, or even go direct on Malaysian from London.

Provence ... fantastic resort. Budapest / Prague are among the best hotels in Europe. Egypt (Cairo and Sharm) are well regarded. George V is generally believed to be the best city hotel in the world. Even the UK Hampshire resort is worth thinking about!

There are a few ropey FS properties, mainly in the US, but you can't go wrong with any of the newer ones.
