Rant about MMB and options not working

I am trying to do, what I think to be a reasonable task on ba.com. Either:

- email itinerary, to which I get We're sorry, our systems are unable to process your request.

- print/email ticket receipt, to which I get This part of the site is unavailable due to routine maintenance. Please try again after 08:00 BST



How hard can it be?!? I want to print this off before my flight sunday. I spoke to the exec club recently when I moved the flight, and they promised an updated itinerary but nothing appeared.
