I'm not sure I agree. Whilst it is not an extra 8 inches like WTP it is definitely a little bit more so surely is better than sitting in 20F ?!
Seats do not recline into an exit. So the row in front of the exit and the first exit row will not recline at all. However, the 2nd exit row does recline.
I guess it is all personal preference!
