One Disadvantage of Current KrisFlyer Card Design

Maybe because the font for 'KrisFlyer' is so visible compared to that for 'Singapore Airlines', I've had hotel and airline (e.g., LOT) employees in Europe search for 'KrisFlyer' in their list of partners ... which they then tend not to find.

Last night, as I checked into the ArabellaSheraton in Frankfurt, systems were down and so the agent had to write down the partner program I wanted miles credited to. Her initial note: 'partner: KrisFlyer; account: xxxxxxxxxx'. I didn't want to chance it so I pointed out that the partner was 'Singapore Airlines', which she did add to the handwritten note. (I wonder if the miles would've gone to my account anyway.)

Have people experienced this outside Asia (where, by contrast, agents see my card and confirm, "Your Singapore Airlines account number is in the record, sir")? With other FF cards?

Strange that I haven't experienced this with my CX card, where the difference in font size isn't as pronounced. Maybe it's the placement of the words, rather than the font size difference?
