At least the crew was really helpful. This isn't always the case with kids on long flights.
I am wondering this as well? Why could you not just offer your C seat to 36H? If it was me in 36H, I would have been settled into the C seat before you even finished offering!
I've flown 882 from TPE to NRT a lot, and have always found the United crews to be very good. The only thing I don't like about this flight is having to listen to the all the announcements in three different languages!
