I know on the EXP desk when they give their name .. and I say that I am calling about xxxx they always respond to me with my name. This would come from the voice recognition of the AAdvantage number .. does this happen on other 'desks'???
She did call me "Mr. Jumpcut" several times during the call, but she may have just been reading it off my reservations.
