[QUOTE=donovan1313]

Just before landing, I asked the head bursar how I could identify her crew so I could send a letter to commend the entire crew of their exceptional service. I said that I would not go into detail about the seat changing. Anyhow, she said that I could just fill out a flight attendant report. I wrote the report. Not knowing and didn't ask how the report would get to the hands for proper recognition, I took a moment during the descent to thank and inform the flight crew of the report.

What kind of "report" does it look like? If it's the kind I am thinking of, it's usually used to report incidents occured in flight. This goes directly to F/As supervisor immediately, then appropriate actions will be taken. Having you fill out this report, FAs will receive the recognition faster than an email to the WHQ. Like GTEM, these won't get lost in mail...
