Maybe it's the 2" extra pitch of the seat on Song's 757 versus on Mainline Delta's? It's closer to the legroom on Delta's 757 in First, and we are losing thatw ith the new upgrade policies. So as we lose our upgrade ability and have to fly coach on the Delta Mainline, Song is a much better product with more legroom, leather seats, flight attendants who are actually seen giving service to caoch passengers, cheaper flights and no Saturday night stayovers, better entertainment, etc. And Song is going to be prifitable, they swear. It's too bad Delta can't hire management like that -- a better product for cheaper and still make money. What a concept.
