Sheraton Vacations is currently offering 5 nights at the Sheraton Maui or Westin Maui for $749, package also includes a $185 Avis credit and a $100 resort credit towards food, etc. Alas, no miles or points, but no timeshare presentation either. I don't know of a current link to this offer, but you can try 800-747-8202 or 800-613-3054. You can also sign up for SVO offers at the SPG website and wait for a call.

Personally I would be happy to pay the extra $100 for the 25K UA miles. But the SPG deal is very good, it works out to $135/nt + tax (even lower depending on how you value the Avis and resort credits). During a search last fall (not peak season), I found nothing at either SPG resort below $265/nt. Tax is 11%, so don't forget to include that in your calculations. YMMV.
