In general TV over there is a bit more censored that US broadcast TV. However there was this one scene I happened to see. (It was in Chinese, I wasn't watching. I was with people who were, though.) They were in a lake. She actually had on a reasonably conservative one-piece swimsuit--but it went so transparent in the water that I had to look carefully to figure out it was even there, she appeared topless (the water came up to about her navel) with merely a tinge of suit color.
