Sorry for all the questions - so, as NW elite, do we get pre-boarding and priority check-in? I know the upgrades probably won't happen, but if I have another passenger on my res (non-elite), can I use certs to upgrade them also? Yes, the chances are slim to none (for 1, but esp for 2)...but just wondering about policy.
