There must be some specific guidance in the past year on this issue as part of the "savings." Before I took my late 2004 travel break, I regularly received 2 drink coupons in numerous AC's (ORD, DFW, MIA, STL, SAN, SEA and others) as a Qantas Club member. I rarely had to ask for the coupons.

Since resuming my travels earlier this year, I have never received coupons without asking when using the same AC's (except of course SEA). When I have asked, I have been given 1 coupon. I don't think this change would have occurred without some specific guidance.
