The way I see it is if you've earned it then you should be entitled from day one. I am going to take a screen print of my aeroplan account with the number of segments flown and present that to the agent when they attempt to deny my entry. Hopefully common sense will prevail with the "guard" at the MLL that morning when the situation is explained.
So what you are saying is that you qualified today so AC should be updating your file instantly to E simply so you can get into the lounge right away. I suppose you think Milton should be calling and congratulating you for achieving this lofty status and sending your new certs today by Fed Ex. Give your head a shake. You're lucky they do it at all.
