That's interesting since they have previously very clearly pointed out that *Gs are no longer welcome to use the SEN lounge at LHR.
If you check the lounge guide (the lounge search) on the Lufthansa webpage and select *G and London it only shows one lounge available for *Gs (although it does not say which one it is, the new lounge directory is rubbish).
However if you select Senator and London it shows two lounges available, the SEN lounge and the FTL lounge.
So I think this confirms no access to the SEN side for *Gs.
But if somebody else has contradictory information I'll be more than happy..
