The return flight this morning was extremely pleasant, no dodgy panini thing but a real breakfast from MAN (a first for me, but perhaps all ex MAN morning services now offer this?). We landed almost 20 minutes early (no ATC delays
) and apart from a coach transfer to the terminal, it was about the smoothest domestic experience I have ever had with BA. I really will try and choose to fly domestic from LGW now whenever possible.
The first two LGW flights from MAN have always served cooked breakfast, a handover from BCal and later Dan Air days.
Your experience of LGW-MAN-LGW is what makes me choose LGW every time.
