Member airlines for *A are required to paint a certain percentage of their a/c in the *A paint scheme. I want to say it is 3% of the member airlines fleet but I'm not sure.

So if an airline had 100 planes, 3 of them would have to have the *A scheme (little math lesson for ya'll ) And I think the airline gets to choose which a/c type it wishes to paint them in.
